(b) Items such as underwear, swimwear, pierced jewelry, and those with traces of aftershave, perfumes, cigarette smoke, and makeup cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

(c) To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Returns postage is done at the buyer's own cost and risk. We advise that you take out enough postal insurance to cover the value of the contents, as Veravi Fashion ltd will not be liable for any returns misplaced during transit.

(d) Refunds will be processed within 3 business days days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. For sale items, a credit note will be issued instead of a refund. The credit note can be used for future purchases on our website.

(e) Please note that exchanges are currently not offered.
