Returns Portal

If you wish to make a return please follow the steps outlined on this page. We highly recommend all customers familiarise themselves with our Returns policy prior to requesting a return.

Returns Process

  • 1. Check Return Eligibility

    • Review order details, ensuring the return is within VERAVI’s specified timeframe.

    • Verify that the item is eligible for a return based on the VERAVI’s returns policy.

  • 2. Submit Return Request Form

    • Complete the online return request form including necessary details.

    • Ensure the following information is included: name, address, order number, item name and reason for return. (Incomplete forms will not be accepted).

  • 3. Await Return Approval

    • After submitting the form, await approval from customer experience team.

    • Once approved, you will receive confirmation and additional return instructions.
